Expertise in GxP Excellence

Training — GxP training that builds the behaviours regulators look for, from GMP, GDocP and data integrity to QMS, QRM, CSV, cleaning validation. Delivered on-site, virtual or hybrid.

GMP Auditing — Regulatory audits and risk assessments aligned with WHO, US FDA, EMA, ICH, MHRA, Schedule M and other global standards

Validation — Delivers end‑to‑end validation services covering equipment qualification (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ), computerised system validation (CSV) aligned with GAMP 5 and 21 CFR Part 11, risk‑based cleaning validation with HBEL criteria, and facility/environmental validation including cleanroom, HVAC, SCADA, and temperature/humidity mapping — ensuring inspection‑ready, scientifically justified, and lifecycle‑aligned compliance across manufacturing, laboratory, and IT systems.

Quality Risk Management (QRM) — Conducts risk‑based QRM frameworks integrated with Quality Management Maturity (QMM) and quality metrics, using advanced statistical tools such as quantified FMEA, Monte Carlo simulation, SPC, Weibull reliability modelling and Bayesian trend analysis. This approach transforms risk assessments into data‑driven, defensible decisions that not only meet ICH Q9(R1) expectations but also strengthen QMM scoring and provide measurable quality performance indicators across validation, cleaning, process change and supplier risk management.

Supplier Audit — Conducts independent, risk‑based supplier audits that mirror what regulators would uncover, covering internal self‑inspections, vendor qualification, and international supplier assessments. Findings are risk‑ranked with defensible rationale and converted into actionable CAPA plans, ensuring suppliers meet GMP expectations while strengthening overall compliance. With annual audit calendar planning, follow‑up verification, and integration into QMS metrics, our audits not only close gaps but also enhance supplier reliability and regulatory confidence.

Food & Cosmetics Compliance — Performs regulatory and quality support for food and cosmetic manufacturers, covering FSSAI and the Food Safety and Standards Act for food, CDSCO and the Drugs & Cosmetics Act for cosmetics, alongside GMP and international standards to ensure product safety and market readiness
